I live in an average Russian city and I have seen black people maybe 10 times in my entire life, usually around the Uni (I believe they are students from Africa). I don't know why should I hate them, I think they are OK. But maybe they're behaving well because they are very small minority here.

I've met maybe 5 and they were nice and funny people. I'd say 1. In fact, I generally like minorities. I get along pretty well with older black people though. There was an older black dude in his 50s that looked after me for a while. The younger generation is really where they don't like whites, ironically enough.

Depends how many are around me. I get hate spikes where I just hate everyone I interact with, in which instances I would hate them about a 9 or 10. I've worked in a black community as the only white guy. I like them. They are kind hearted warm people that like to smoke menthol cigarettes. There are assholes too like any race though.
