I once briefly worked at a factory as a janitor. I later heard there was a lawsuit there because of bullying. They absolutely are dumb enough to risk everything just so they can get back at someone who is not "normal." Majoring in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Business at a top tier university. In the National Guard while I do that because free college. Getting out of college debt free with a military background and a job where I'm guaranteed to make at least 70K a year with benefits. That's mainly because the Unions don't really go after the private sector. They deal in government contracts because that's where the money is at. When I was going through my Carpenter's Apprentice training in Chicago, they dedicated multiple lessons to going over regulations and making a big deal about how "commercial" (government) work payed better than residential and private sector work.
