There are some outliers, but they are extremely rare, and even in those cases it's usually women with a relatively high level of testosterone in their blood, or men with low levels of it.
Sex addiction can also cause a woman to act as though she has a high sex drive, but in my opinion that doesn't really count, because then she's just giving in to her addiction, while (somewhat ironically) feeling empty inside. Not to mention how rare it is.

So overall, it's safe to assume males have a higher sex drive than females.

Rather, what you probably want is for them to actually have a bigger sex drive, not just use sex as a way to cope with depression, but there's a reason it's not that way.
While a man can go around an inseminate many women if he gets the chance, it takes a woman 9 months in order to give birth to a single child. It's evolutionarily beneficial for them to have a lower sex drive than men, so that they get to be more picky when it comes to whose child they want to bear.
That said, with the whole sexual revolution going on, and use of birth control / having recreational sex having become the norm at this point, it would indeed be quite nice if men and women had similar sex drives, and it's unfortunate that that's not the case.
