PS2>Xbox 360
Yep, who could forget classics like Halo 3 and Gears of War? They just don't make 'em like they used to.

I am really craving a MONSTER Energy Ultra right now but it is 11 PM. Should I risk staying awake all night?
I know I am. Just do it. You'll be up long enough to mow
I am convinced.
Xbox 360 was the last console I owned. Haven't played a videogame since Fable 3.
that's not really a fair comparison. They both ended up dominating the market in their generation. I also think the ps2 is better, though.
I didn't think Fable 3 was THAT bad.
I can drink 2 and go to bed right after.
Caffeine just passes through me I guess.
Back in my day video games were all about gameplay. Now all these kids these days care about is the graphics. Nobody knows a good game when they see it. Bet none of these kids have even played half life 2, half life 2 is why video games even have stories. Fucking kids.
this 22 year old boomer gets it
That is the equivalent of 4 coffees. Are you 400 lbs perchance?
I just got bored of videogames
Kids still only fucking cared about graphics when i was a kid tho
Nope, just under 200. My piss smells weird afterward so I assume I just don't take in the caffeine.
YOU FUCKING RETIRED RETARDS! STFU IM TRYING TO SLEEP!!!! I WILL BE LATE AT WORK TOMORROW!!!! I CANT TAKE IT

That's what sets a 25 year old boomer from a 25 year old millennial apart. The boomer understands that gameplay is better than graphics.
>I remember when games still had splitscreen multiplayer. Kids these days don't even know what they're missing out on
unironically this
zoomers will never know the feel of halo pizza + lan parties
That picture makes me genuinely sad. I actually had a friend to play PS2 games with.
I was literally, emotionally, metaphysically, spiritually unable to stop myself from screen watching.
I had an xbox then, but I have a ps4 now.
My favorite console I had was the gamecube tho.. wind waker, smashbros, luigi's mansion, even mario sunshine was a great game. No menu, no dashboard, just put the disc in and play.
Good, it's what you're supposed to do. How the fuck are you supposed to not look at the other person's screen? It's in front of your eyeballs. In our house, screenlooking was part of the meta. there was no bullshitting around hiding in the map and all that

Kids these days will never know what it was like to hook up a link cable to your Game Boy and have a Pokemon battle with your friends
Oh my god, the fucking link cable. That brings back some memories.

>be me, 7ish years ago, early hs
>have one real friend
>both really into airplanes, would spend all our spare time building and flying little radio control models
>whenever it was raining, I would head over to his place and we would spend the day fucking around on halo 3 or mw4
>get older, go to different schools, I move out to idaho to be a ski bum
>wind up coming back home for college
>move into apartment with friend
>went out this morning and picked up an old 360 with halo and cod and a bunch of other old games we'd play
>spend the rest of the day shooting the shit and playing vydia like old times
>good feels

Yes I loved the fact 3 of them red ringed on me. The most defective piece of shit ever.
Have this edit I made
It did take me a minute to work out what the teardrop was in the original. Nice edit
I had a java monster and a coffee, I'll be up for awhile.
