You're describing me perfectly, but some of that stuff like the doctor's appointment or the bank account are pretty obvious and many of the other ones are easy to figure out. Especially today when you can just google it.

My real dread comes from buying some work suitable clothes (not just suits, business casual as well) should the need ever arise. I barely have any and will have to work one day.

Nothing wrong with playing video games all day with your gf if you have some form of income to pay the bills in fact, that would be the ideal life; not working yourself to death and enjoying your plentiful freetime for your hobbies and passions, but you should know how to cook, drive OR use public transport as well as signing important papers. Otherwise you're going to have to adjust to life without your parents while also having to learn everything an adult needs to survive in the real world, which is probably way more than you can handle. And if you're an only child or the oldest child, you're also going to have to organize your parents' funerals on top of everything else. You can't even operate a washing machine, planning a funeral is beyond your abilities.
