i used to browse /x/ when i was underaged in middle school and it was so awesome. there would always be some spooky green text threads or just generally interesting threads. about a year ago i went on for the first time since then and i was so disappointed. used to be one of my favorite boards and now its just everything you listed.

All threads have up and downs, and it's unfair to compare each one. It's like comparing apples and oranges, especially given how wise of a variety there can be among different topics and subcultures, but fuck, /v/ is definitely the worse, holy shit, so many attention seeking contrarian faggots, you'd think you were on /lgbt/

Also for every single board including the ones I don't visit - Constantly infested by Jow Forumsfags who all came to Jow Forums during the election and are desperately trying to keep that election fever alive so they can relive the only moments they were passionate about something for the first time in forever despite it being almost 2 years now and nobody caring anymore. They constantly shit up threads and try to derail them or start their own threads with Jow Forumsshit and at this point its like move on nobody cares anymore, especially outside of Jow Forums. the Jow Forums party is over.

Oh and I agree with /x/ used to be the best board. Solving mysteries, finding mysteries, looking at weird ass websites done by weird ass people, numbers stations, all that good stuff.
