We get along really well and they understand that I am extremely fucked up. Yet at the same time they are also in denial thinking I wont kill my self or that I will one day be successful. It happens. I'm very much so in love with a Vietnamese man and I'm white. I had thought Asian men were generally not interested in white women desu. I feel like the dating strategy of Asian men is a bit at odds with Western culture though, whereas status and things like the ability to provide would be the method of attracting a woman in Asian cultures, western women are concerned with more abstract concepts and there is greater emphasis on attracting a woman through 'personality', sense of humor, ect. I think both aspects are important cross culturally, but I just think Asian men would likely have more success if they put a bit more emphasis on these aspects when approaching western women.
