Yeah this is something I keep hearing people say. That a lot would come back even with current wages, but the management is impossible to deal with. Neither of these groups are known for their work ethics. Even the western companies that open a branch here tend to look at us like Chinese workers. Just get out of the UAE literally nothing to do there but visit malls and expensive parties without alcohol. Travel a bit, stay in hostels and take as little with you as possible. It's a lot of fun and not difficult to do to just create a plan of where you wanna go.
