Recently to tighten my skin I've been doing 4:3 fasting and lifting hard on the 4 days I eat about 3k calories.. and on the 3 fasting days I do cardio like swimming, biking, or running.

Currently what I'm doing is doing leg day on Monday, fast Tuesday, Wednesday chest day, Thursday fast, Friday deadlift/back/shoulders, saturday fast, Sunday auxiliary chest/shoulders/ arms.

Skin has been tightening up like crazy recently. I've been doing this for 5 weeks now and I'm just going to get down to 165.

You don't necessarily have a loose skin problem, it's just another 15-20 pounds of fat you can easily lose given your progress. Keep it up user and then keep lifting and eventually your skin will form fit your new body.

Dips, Incline pec flys 3x12 .. on the way down take twice as long as on the way up. One set should take 45 seconds. Otherwise swimming breast stroke and front crawl to supplement hopefully your bench and incline bench already.

upper body is monday and friday, workout regime has pretty much been the same, weights listed are most recent lifts:

shoulders and chest:

>bench press 5x5 70kg
>assisted pull-up 3x10 15kg (so 15kg off of body weight)
>dumbell press 3x10 22kg

abs:

>45 second plank, sitting twist x 60, 45 second plank, sitting twist x 50, 45 second plank, sitting twist x 40

Back:

>lat pulldown 3x10 25kg
>rows 5x5 50kg
>rear deltoid 5x5 35kg

Some more shoulders:

>dumbell front raise 3x10 5kg

Arms:
