Sorry, lads. I was cooking dinner. I didn't keep a journal or anything and this was well over a decade ago but I'll go into as much detail as I can recall.
The phimosis was surprisingly easy to fix. It took about 5 months of stretching. I initially could not retract my foreskin fully without pain, so began by stretching the tip of the foreskin gently with fingers, until doing so no longer hurt. I then began to gently retract the foreskin, until it started to hurt. I would do this daily when I had time/was showering, etc. After a while of doing this, I got to the point of being able to mostly retract the foreskin with mild pain, and would do so in the shower and keep it retracted for a while. It remained quite tight for a while but continuing to retract it often helped and eventually it stopped being tight and I now get zero pain or discomfort when retracting it, masturbating, having sex.
The frenulum took longer but it seems that just by retracting the foreskin, if the frenulum is too short, you will stretch it a bit... so the stretching of the foreskin will help initially. After the phimosis was mostly fixed, I would just fully retract the foreskin and apply moderate pressure pulling it further back which would stretch the frenulum. This was painful at first. Over time it got easier and easier to the point that I can pull back on my foreskin when fully erect and the frenulum does not cause pain or discomfort.
I probably went about this completely the wrong way as this was in an era where solid, reliable information on fringe topics like this was hard to come by on the internet. I went to two doctors who BOTH RECOMMENDED CIRCUMCISION LOL. I had no interest in getting part of my dick lopped off, so just did the best I could with the small amount of information I could find.
