Take snacks along the day instead of trying to eat too much in one sitting. If you have free time, try to always be eating something like fruit or peanut butter with bread.
Eventually it will be a lot easier for you to eat something if you get into the habit and your body will crave for food more often.
Try to eat as much as you can before bed too so your body has time to process the food.
That's what I did at least to get from 63kg to 80 (I also drink milk for breakfast and before going to bed, but since you can't do that try to drink somekind of fruit shake too)

don't obsess about eating healthy for now, focus on the calories - it's a pain in the ass to get enough calories if you're eating veggies and potatoes instead of high carb foods
it fucking sucks at first, but it does get easier

Eat fast. Don't waste time watching a video or anything while you eat, just focus on getting it down. If you feel like throwing up, give it a minute for your stomach to calm down then finish your meal.
