>4700mg of saltless potassium max (NoSalt/LoSalt are high potassium-low sodium salts available in grocery stores or Amazon and the like)
Mix these in a liter of water and sip it throughout the day. The apple cider vinegar and lemon are optional but recommended for 10+ day fasts.
You can also do this if you feel lightheaded, weak, dizzy, nauseous, etc., on shorter water fasts. Don’t do this while intermittent fasting.

Yes. But don't overdo it.

That's three 40 hour fast windows and a full 24 hours per week of eating time. Too extreme? I've read most of the real hormetic stress benefits / autophagy / fat oxidation occurs from the 24-48 hour window.

you would consider a refeed if attempting to build while fasting yes, but I would recommend a longer fasted period. You will not lose any effective muscle mass even on longer fasts, and it will rebuild quickly afterwards.

sup bois, bulked a little too hard and then went on vacation and gained 5 lbs so I'm back on the fast game for a week or two.

Even though I feel like a fatass right now I still weigh a lot less than I did when I was a fatass last year. It's remarkable how much your frame of reference shifts. I'm the highest weight I've been all year (190 @ 6') and feel like a fat piece of shit, but a couple years ago this would have been a weight loss goal.

If you are going to break it, make it a keto meal, and then start again.

Caveman has no food for a week. Body digests muscles instead of fat. Now caveman can't hunt and get more food as effectively and has non utilised fat stores.

Keep CICO in mind. If you do cave have a small meal, with little carbs, maybe do IF for a few days before going back into a long fast. Don't binge on shit food and undo all your hard work.

I was only going for a 2 day fast, but I've done a 7 day before and a 3 day dry fast so I'm not a /fast/let. Right now I'm going for something similar to this user except not doing the retarded 9 hour IF scheme or the cheat day. Basically I'll eat right after I workout and then don't eat until I work out again, and fast on the weekends.

I've been taking them since I was a kid. It's just habit. I know I'm just pissing them out.

I can't find any kind of salts that are pure potassium here, the best I could find says it has 33% sodium chloride, rest is potassium. Is it okay to use this? Also, is table salt not recommended for making snake juice? I can get some Himalayan Pink Salt no problem but just wondering.

Why is 16:8 not fasting? What about 18:6 or 20:4?

If its 33% NaCl and 77% KCl its probably OK to use, just add some plain salt to adjust the ratio.
20:4 is the earliest point where you may start to see benefits. OMAD (22:2) is close enough but good for maintenance. You may still lose fat on 16:8 but not optimally. For losing fat, long fasts are best.

-Potassium Chloride Powder = 1tsp (2560mg) [Spa = Cloruro de Potasio]
-Sodium Chloride (Himalayan Pink Salt) = 1/2 tsp (840mg sodium)
-Sodium Bicarbonate = 1 tsp (1080mg sodium)
-Magnesium Sulphate = 1/2 tsp (200mg magnesium)
You can cut out magnesium and it won't kill you. We didn't use it before.
-Drink as much snake juice as you want!
You can make another batch after you are done with the 2l. You can have 4l a day and it won't be a problem.
-Don't drink fresh water, only snake juice.
-Cayenne pepper optional. (watch old recipe)
