pushups
crunches
pullups
asap do this:

where do I find big-ass rocks and tools to work them?

Africa.

>doesn't have access to a barbell
>doesn't have access to tools
>doesn't have access to rocks
How do you have access to a computer and the internet?

Not OP, but any decent calisthenics routines? I have a weight vest and 1 x 10kg dumbell (the plates I use to put in the weight vest). I'm saving money for college where there is a free gym, but gym prices in my town are extortion

Cheap phone and public internet.

you can get a fairly good barbell from CAP for 140 bucks. No excuse.

Have you considered not being a loser and get a job so that you can have money to pay for things that are necessary to achieve your goals?

get a gym membership

scrap metal and a blow torch. youre welcome

if they can find them in Africa, you can find them wherever the fuck you are from. No excuses.

>le reddit unemployed meme
Fuck off with that shit m8, it's not like nobody else has ever been unemployed.

>get a minimum wage job.
>if you can't get a minimum wage job then do free voluntary work for a charity or something to pad out your resume to make it look like you're worth paying minimum wage.
>then get a minimum wage job.
>once you have money, use it to help you learn a skill that allows you to earn more than minimum wage. I learned web development, now I'm learning marketing.
>use the skill to escape minimum wage hell and get a decent job and/or start a business.
At some point during this process you should gain access to a barbell

Getting fit is important but it's not as important as being financially solvent. Get your priorities straight.

You dont count the bar anyway so you dont need one

>counting the bar
the plates have holes for two reasons and only one of them is fucking

Use dumbbells and benefit from increased RoM to get better development instead of using numbers on plates to egolift and post stats online

do the bodyweight reddit routine (not joking) you are gonna need somewhere to do pull ups tho

Or, just walk into a temp agency and have a job the next week.

It's just a fucking length of pipe you knucklehead

TRIPS OF THE SERIOUS POST

a 100kg barbell is safer and easier to get into position with than two 50kg dumbbells

???
lifting 2 x 50kg dumbells does not equals lifting100kg barbell

Have fun with your squats m8

don't be a retard they're both useful for different things

>barbells can withstand 50+kgs vertically for front squats
inb4 "lmao back squats" without proper equipement, aka the barbell and the rest

Get thin and do bodyweight exercises
