If you want to get better at lifting then how about lifting?

>deadlift max 60kg
I can't believe this. 1 pl8 deadlifts are literally nothing.
Maybe you have bad form, there's no way you can't lift more than 1 pl8.

How long do you lift?

sets of 8-10, workout time around 30 mins before i fatigue.

grew up watching others play rugby around me.. wasn't exactly a frame.

I've lifting for about 1 month(following SL 5x5) and my stats are

OHP 32kg
Brench 46kg
Deadlift 78kg
Barbell row 60kg
Squat 78kg

1.72m, 70kg, sedentary life before

TF are you doing wrong bro, maybe you should get more creatine

And I'm not even sure if the bar is 20 or 15kg, I'm counting it as 15kg, who gives a damn about rhe bar anyway

Then you're lifting
OHP- 17kg
BENCH - 31kg
Deadlift - 63kg
Barbell row 45kg
squat 63kg

>those stats
>60kg BB row

Guaranteed bad form.

maybee in 1 year you can look back to this post as i started out similar.

1m73 - 69kg

OHP 50kg
Bench 85kg
Deadlift 150kg
Barbel Row 70kg
Squat 110kg

good luck.

you're kinda underweoght dude im 5'5 and weight 62 kg and im pretty slim eat more bruh and keep lifting

My buddy is helping me, I'm pretty sure he taught me the proper form and it's the same that Buff Dudes uses
Thanks

grow taller

I'm in a similar boat to that other guy, my problem is squatting below hips level with knees.

I can do 60kg squat (I am a month in) down to hips level with knees, arse to grass I can only squat 30 without my balance going all to fuck.

>mfw same height/weight but cant even get past 52.5kg 5x5 squat for some reason
Is fasting ruining my strength gains? I mean hardcore snake juice shit not 16/8 faggotry

Why would you fast if you want to bulk?

174cm is 5'9' not 5'7"

You look pretty young kid, give it time. You’ll trade your skinny pack for strength don’t you worry

6 months of calisthenics,
5 months of good lifting and I'm at 65kg 172cm with
OHP 5x35
Bench 5x50
Squat 5x80
Diddly 5x85
Chinup 5x+10
How the hell do you guys achieve progress so fast? I started with being able to do only 4 pushups at 70kg

i dont want to bulk. I just want to get stronger

if you're fat you should focus on losing weight first and doing resistance exercise as a bonus imo otherwise if you're sub 13% bf there is no reason for snake diet

You won't get stronger if you don't eat in caloric surplus.

Seriously, I started deadlifting at more than a plate and I was skinnier/lighter than you are. Check your form, cause there's no way 60kg is your max.

You're growing stronger user, keep it up

A wise man once said "you gota eat big to get big"
Do a bulk to 170lb and then cut it back to 140-150lb

my lifts were like yours when I started out a year ago at 115lb @5'8"

at the end of my cut now @150lb and I:
OHP 1pl8
bench 195lb
deadlift 395lb
bent over 1 arm row 116lb
squat 305lb

Just keep grinding through and push that doubt of "fuck this is to heavy" out of your mind.

yeah just wanted to see how i could push strength progress on a cut. it is not working at all

Literally unironically eat more and lift harder

Rattle rattle eat more cattle

Stop forcing chicken breast on yourself and start devouring bacon and eggs.

Why would you cut if you're only 60kg?

cause i am fat

I am 177cm and 67kg and I look like skeleton. You're only 3cm shorter than me which shouldn't make much difference. Are your muscles atrophied?

i am 171 and 70kg sorry

is that fat? I was 66kg at 172 and still hungry skelly
