Maintenance minus 1500 will give you 3 pounds a week of weight loss. So 2571 cals a day based of your pic.

My maintenance is 4200 but I'm 6'2" 220 and on steroids. Also lift 6 days a week and do fasted cardio every day.

so if I eat 2000 cals a day ill lose 4 a week?

I made all my food for the week last week without giving it much thought and just put some meat (eggs or chicken) and a bunch of veggies in a tuperwear container on sunday night, I made 3 for each day.

It was hard for about 3 days but then I just got in the zone and got it in my head that was all i was allowed to eat. But then I later realized I was only eating about 1200 cals a day because I didn't bother to figure out how much i was putting in each container.

So i would have to double the food just to get to 2400 a day and IMO 3000 seems dumb to eat if I am on a freaking diet, you know?

I think I could chill on 1500cals a day till i get to near my goal weight, might be grumpy here and there but i won't pass out and die will i?

So what I'm doing right now is 3 days a week (rest day, pump day, and leg day) I eat zero carbs, 1500 calories. The other 4 days (chest and tris, back and bis, shoulders, arms) I eat carbs and have 2500 calories. My weekly deficit is 10k. I feel like shit on the 3 no carb days, but the fat is coming off super fast. Also running 250mg Test E and 500mg Tren E.

I'm losing just over 3 right now. Trying to hit 10% BF by October 1st so I can bulk. I'm at 14%ish right now.

do you think doing 3lbs per week is maintainable for 30+ pounds?

I end up binge eating 15k calories every 2 weeks but my weight never goes up from it. You feel like absolute shit, so it's not maintainable without cheat days like mine. Natty it will suck especially cause you'll get fat from a cheat day.
