Starting strength but eat a regular healthy diet. Aim for 2 lbs a month weight gain.

Keep your upper abs visible, if they start to disappear, reduce calories by ~500 per day, for a few weeks until you get them back.

If you're gaining 2lbs per month and still have same ab definition in this pic, add 200 calories daily and ride the gain train a lil faster
