Legs

Any bodyweight leg workout/exercises that work? I gym at home and got two dumbells and a bar with 400 lbs of weight as well. Which i could also use but no squat rack.

Running

Sumo deadlifts

romanian deadlifts

calf raises

one legged squats
lunges

steinborn squats

dumbell squats
bulgarian split squat

Deadlifts
Sumo deadlifts
Romanian Deadlifts
Overhead squats (assuming you can clean and press enough weight to drive the stress/adaptation cycle)
Front squats (same caveat as Overhead Squats)
Pistol Squats
Calf Raises
Quad Raises (it's really ghetto but put barbell in crook of foot/shin)
Hip Thrusts
Hamstring Raises (similar to quads but even more ghetto)
Goblet Squats
Jumping Squats

Really oldschool hardass motherfuckers before the days of squat racks would load their squat weight, set the bar upright, then lower it on their back into the squat position and do their squats.

Get a push bike.
Do sprints, hill starts and large gear on flat roads.

What the fuck is a push bike? I googled it and all I got were little kid bicycles with no pedals.

Lunges
Hold two dumbells or put a barbell on ur back in a high bar position then put one leg behind u on a bench or chair n do standing lunges. Then switch legs. Has better quad activation than a back squat does

majority of leg workouts you do with a barbell can be done with dumbbells

I'm so glad my legs don't look like that.

Cleans

Because of having this:

I cannot, no matter what, get to parallel either symmetrically or asymmetrically.
I have to wear squat shoes because my ankles are basically make cube.
And my femurs are longer than my tibia.
My arms are also fucked (one is 5cm shorter and bent).
Help me bros, I just want to get fit ;_;
Please don't get bumped down :(

Every PT I've tried to speak to about it just says "Everyone can squat, no excuses, no reason why you can't it's a natural movement"
I even had one try to push on my legs in a legpress machine.

sounds like your only options are curls and extensions which you cant really do at a home gym without the equipment for it

>sounds like your only options are curls and extension

Just do box jumps

Clean the weight and front sqaut it

Hack sqaut

>steinborn squats
more like snapstein squats, fuck that.

That is a cool list. I'm going to try these on my light day.

Nordic curls you might be able to do at home

I have the same structure as you (femur longer than tibia). I found front squatting works wonders for me. I literally can’t back squat
