You do know that there's more than just iron and calcium right? As in there are different types. The iron you get from plants isn't transferred to the body as easy, and doesn't give you much. There's also vitamin D and Long-chain omega 3s. Even if it was just for one, taking pills and eating factory produced garbage does not sound like a great alternative.
