Let me give you skeletons a few tips for forearms. Forearms are the 3rd most important section of your body for aesthetics, right after abs and delts. To work them, there are a number of things you can do. Typically, heavy lifting trains forearms but I prefer to isolate them as well. The best methods of doing this that I've found are farmer's walks and wrist rollers. Farmer's walks are where you pick up the most weight you can possibly grip and just walk around with it. If your gym has an indoor track right next to the weight room, you can use that as a unit of measure for your sets. Wrist rollers are a little more complex: The best means of obtaining a wrist roller is making one.
