I did it accidentally. Black coffee + /nobreakfast/, get used to it. Eventually you'll want to /nolunch/ too.
I have not eaten breakfast or lunch for weeks now.
I get insatiable at dinnertime.
Today was particularly bad and I ended up eating about 3 meals
Intermittent fasting, coffee, and water.
Fast, lots of water (carbonated helps too), do keto, black coffee.

I have a 2-8pm eating window and I only ever feel hungry about half an hour before I can eat, and because it takes me like half an hour to properly cook and prep a high protein meal it works perfectly.
Then you suck at IF, insulin levels are still too high.
I'm doing IF and I'm only ever hungry in the morning. I used to be getting pretty strong junk food cravings after work, but they're gone.

Go to the doctor and ask for appetite suppressants like belviq

I literally feel hungrier when bulking then when I'm fasting.
