20 pull-ups by end of this year.

I started literally from 0 in May, doing body rows and scapular pulls. Wasn't until June I could actually pull myself up properly.

Just did 13 the other day. It's tough, but I think I'm right on track.

I still need to hit 1/2/3/4. (don’t care as much about 4, I don’t deadlift. Seems like too much risk for little reward) Reallly focusing on OHP and bench, I can OHP 125 now but my bench is only 190 or so. Squat is like 225-250ish
Long term goals are
>180 OHP
>250 Bench
>350 squat
>18” arms
Also need to figure out wtf I’m majoring in like, soon. I only care about art and music but I’m not going to an art school

Do negatives, 225# 0 pullups starting, after 3 weeks was up to 3x5.

Find Scooby's pull-up progression, it surprised me how well it actually worked. I even left out days and skipped steps and it still worked.

You definitely can hit 20 in one go by next year.

Yeah, I'm doing a couple of negatives after every set, 6-7 sets a day, 50-60 reps in total. I've been using the Fighter pullup program and am also very surprised how quickly I'm increasing, about +1RM a week.

I do them in an athletic park out in public; 3 months ago I literally couldn't pull myself up and now people think I'm some kind of fitness pro.

I want to be able to dunk by my next birthday in a little less than a year. Right now on a good day I can get the middle of my fingers to the rim.

I have hit all strength, conditioning and athletic goals I care about, now all that is left is to get cut. I literally have to just maintain what I have while dieting, that's it

short term goals are to get 2/3/4/5 on the main lifts 1RM. Pretty close on bench. Squat and Deadlift will take some time but I've changed up my programming to help with that. OHP is lightyears away (currently rep 185, but progress is so fucking slow)
