Carbs: you've got a lot of carbs. TDEE calculator, and carb cycle for your workout days. Just don't eat them very processed if you have the choice, e.g. peas, carrots, potatoes vs bread, pasta, ramen.

If you look it up, you'll find a study that proves just about anything increases your chance of getting cancer. The real discovery will be tests that can definitively determine someone's base rate of getting cancer.

OP don't listen to these McFatonalds lovers. They jelly you have more calories and nutrients on the plate with the peas alone compared to their hashbrown smoothie and Ronald McCockle burgers.
There's literally no good reason not to be blending those peas up and whacking in some salt, pepper, vinegar, and olive oil, plus maybe some herbs, or really whatever else you want. I add tons raw garlic to mine.
Whole garden peas taste so watery and bland, and they get everywhere. When you blend them (get a hand/immersion blender) you can make a really nice kind of puree which adds a different texture, and then you can dip your sweet potato or normal potato wedges into them.
Up the protein and drop that soda. You don't need all that simple sugar for something that's obviously not a pre-workout meal.
Other than that, your food looks bland as fuck, but who gives a shit if you maintain it over the long term.
