5'8" 176 32 years old.
OHP 195lbs

2 weeks left of my cut, working calories back up slowly over this time back to maintenance, probably won't change much anymore. I'll be using the 'Building the Monolith' routine by Jim Wendler once my workout partner is back from his honeymoon and we're at a surplus again.

My upper body isn’t strong but it was way worse when I started. Anyone can tell me what body fat percentage I am? I’ve also been cutting since the start of April at 205 and I’m now 181. That feels slow to me could I have cut body fat way faster?

At that height you have to, and 'easily' can, get built like a fucking tank.
Your BF% is screaming at you to start eating more food and lifting hard. How long have you been lifting? Where did you start?

I started doing calitenics 2 years back off and on and got serious into lifting weights nearly a year ago I remember when I first started I could do barely 65 for 10 reps even though I could do 75 push ups. Now im doing 170 for 12.
Before I started I was 110 pounds

I can barbell row (back nearly parallel to the ground) 2 plate for 5 sets of 10. 25 pullups. My back is my strongest muscle group. That lighting was pretty shit, but to say my back isn't wide and has no definition is actually retarded. Most clothes barely fit because of it.

I did not accomplish that over 8 months dude. I lost 80 pounds over 8 months.

The whole process has taken ~3.5 years. I do not use drugs, trying to start a family and I like my heart.

I'm a long time juicer. You can still stay relatively healthy utilizing gear. Congrats on the progress that you've made.

I have never had to come off because I was never on. My lifts are mostly shit. My OHP was my bodyweight at the time (195) my squat is only 330 and my dead is only 420 (and that was with the high grips on a trap bar). I barely hit 265x4 bench when I had bulked up to 200 pounds and I ruined my rotator cuff doing it.

I have been juicing for 5 years, blasting and cruising have been around gear, gym, users, non-users for close to 10 years.

Like I said. I've been using gear for a long while now. Honestly, you do look better than me in most aspects.

Steroids are not exactly the easier route, it's just an alternate road altogether.

I have HEAVILY considered using and truthfully have zero problems with anyone who does.

Why I HAVE NOT used yet:
-I fucking hate needles, I can barely handle it when a nurse pokes me for 2 seconds with a flu shot. And I've read enough to know oral only cycles are idiotic.
-I want a family with my girl of 10 years (wife for 3) and we have recently become financially stable enough to start trying. I have had enough bad luck and drug abuse earlier in life that I cannot risk worsening my fertility. My sperm count is below average and motility is worse.
-I have a serious drug addiction problem. Lifting is what keeps me away from it and if I ever overcome my problem with needles and start using steroids I have no idea what would keep me away from going too far with it.

As far as food and training goes, I lift until I can't fucking move and I don't have a mental queue that tells me I am full, I can eat non stop. This makes cutting terrible but bulking easy.

Started eating a lot more and actually started gaining muscle mass. I've only been on this for a few months now. I feel like I've gained a lot more muscle than I can see it's just being hidden by my bf. Clean bulk time? Not gonna lie my bulk so far has not been lean.
