Where do I start?

Is there a "strongman for beginners" guide?

why would you need a guide? just go heavy and eat as much as you need.

I look like a strongman but have average gym goer strength

SS
then
ohp+bench assistance day
squat volume + deadlift assistance day
rest
bench + ohp day
squat intensity + deadlift day
rest
repeat

So you’re just fat

Lazy fuck. You probably blame your obesity on genetics.

Grow some discipline and earn a visible six pack. Leave this board and stop encouraging others to embrace your lazy form of fake fitness.

You big phony

lift heavy eat big and often do deadlift, farmers walk, ohp, benchpress, squats, chin ups, dips and pullups

Do starting strength, to the letter, then buy practical programming, learn to program and get your bench to 300lb, squat to 400lb and dead to 500lb. Once you're at that point (i.e. strong) think about strongman training and chucking around atlas stones. Most strongmen start off with powerlifting for a reason, except for the added focus of overhead movements.

The fatter and heavier you get, the more lean mass you'll have
Amberlynn on YouTube is 500lbs, 5'3, easy 65% BF
Her lean mass would be 175lbs
