I've got a pretty bad shoulder injury that is stopping me from doing any upper body stuff and a lot of lower body stuff due to hand/arm position and whatnot.

Exercise for me bros, because I want to be at that gym really fucking bad.

A leg press doesn’t require your arms. leg extension, leg curl, calf raises, hip adductor, kickback machine.... So many things you can do without using your arms. Stop making excuses faggot.

How did you get it?

My legs were already way stronger than my upper body, I don't want to make the difference even worse and literally go full t-rex mode. That said I can still go once a week just to help maintain.

my left leg is tired

I did a 1RM day after my bulk this summer, managed to OHP 135 pounds and was crazy amped about it. Next session I decide "well I OHP'd 1pl8 let's just do 3x8 of 115"

that was a mistake.

Was going through the first set fine, lost my footing briefly, attempted to do a seventh rep. I was struggling to get it up and out of nowhere I felt a "pop" in my arm/shoulder. Immediately dropped the weight and was in pain. After about 5 minutes I packed up and headed home hoping that it'd be fine. It's been over a month and it's still in pain. Doc says I need an MRI with a possibility of surgery depending on the results.

So, yeah. Don't overexert yourself or it'll do more damage than you would think, or something.
