dexa scan estimate for me at 5'10 175 lbs was a BMR of 1683 calories at 18% bodyfat. Lifting for an hour at moderate intensity is probably not going to burn more than 500 calories, if you did 30 min of cardio on top of that that's still only like 300 more. Unless the rest of your day is physical labor or sports it's negligible
