There are 101 shootings listed there. 56 were committed by whites, 17 by blacks, 8 by people from MENA, 8 by Asians, 7 by hispanics, and 3 by Native Americans. 2 are not easily categorized (Elliot Rodger and James Daniel Simpson). If you account for the proportions of the US population that the various groups make up, you'll see that the order I posted is correct.

There's a BIG difference between "X crime is more likely to be committed by Y people" and "Y people are more likely to commit X crime" in terms of generalizability.

One makes a general statement about a criminal population, the other about a racial population. Those are not the same thing.

You can see that 59 out of 101 (58.5%) are listed as being committed by whites. Now, over the years from 1982 to 2018, the US was on average about 70% white. So whites are underrepresented by a little bit. Why? Because Asians, Native Americans, and Middle Easterners/North Africans are heavily overrepresented, and blacks are just slightly overrepresented.

If you look closely you'll actually see that 4 of the perpetrators in the white category are Sulejman Talovic, Abdelkrim Belachheb, John Zawahri, and (hilariously) Elliot Rodger. There's also one perpetrator whose race isn't listed for some reason but is clearly white, John Robert Neumann. So the actual number of white mass shooters here is 56 (or 56.5 if you want to count Elliot). But it doesn't really matter. Either way, you can see that Asians, MENA people, Native Americans, and Blacks are overrepresented, while whites and hispanics are underrepresented. Hispanics are actually very heavily underrepresented.
