Literally every Oly lifter does this lift and have been doing it since before Klokov was even born, and their shoulders are fine.

It's just a Clean without the turnover and diveunder. Everything else is the same. Use a little less weight than your best Clean weight for the same reps.
Heavy pulls are the same as high pulls, except heavy enough that you can't get them much higher than the power position, there's a shrug but not much arm bend. Typically these use your Clean 1RM plus some extra kilos.
Yep, and they're even used by beginners in Roman's and Medvedyev's books. Start with light weights. If you do your overhead squats then you'll have the flexibility. For bonus, do Sots Press.
