Very minimal acne, and some acne scars from a couple years ago when it was much worse.
I really don't care that much about it. If it flares up a bit, I put this kind of OTC peroxide gel on my face which kills them almost immediately.
I'm too lazy to take sheets off my mattress. I wash my clothes already, I don't need to wash sheets too.
