Read the recipe. My only issue is you bread the liver, sear it, then add it to a liquid and simmer it. All that shit will cancel itself else and you will end up with soggy bread in your broth.

You don't bread it. You coat it in flour and sear it. You only add it to the sauce at the very end to warm through.

Had some of these a while ago. Put it in a slow cooker with peas onions garlic tomatoe sauce and hot sauce. Shit was delicious love the texture.

To be sure EXTREMELY FRESH GRASS FED lamb liver tastes breddy gud, canned cod livers aren't too bad, and foie gras is amazing, but generally speaking, organ meats taste like shit and you end up having to mask the taste with other things just to eat it.
