It will probably lower a bit once i start again with the cardio again this month since i plan on start cutting soon, it's been a few months since the last time i did any cardio exercise at all.

73 @ 31

74 @ 23
ive eaten a fuckton of sugar and it's pretty warm in here, whoops

Ive had a high heart rate since I was a child. At one point my resting was above 90

Just measured

Lifted today and had quite a bit of coffee in general

Attached: Screenshot_20180901-193306.png (1440x2960, 168K)

Are you in good shape? Mine used to be a lot higher (and BP worse) when I was fatter, as you would expect. Now both are pretty good.

Depends on the time of day. Upon first waking up I'm typically around 55-60. Later in the day I'll be 60-70. I also drink a fuckton of caffeine.

Im 195lbs 20%bf, according to ss im intermediate

Attached: A3D76D51-B1B4-434A-BAC4-5CBF3EC3B6B5.png (750x1334, 349K)

mines 110, is that too high or is it okay?

47 is the lowest it goes, I'm 20, do almost no cardio, maybe run 6k twice a month for fun, it is too low?

>above average

I did just eat a giant breakfast though

doing good for 35.

Attached: B5955273-5DB4-44AC-AD16-0755DFACAB8D.png (750x1334, 111K)

Average rhr is 43 according to my watch. 23yo

Average 7 day RHR, 39

Currently 46-50, nearly shitting myself after a bucket of ice cream.

I do HIIT twice a week currently running, a good amount of bike Z1-2 during summer etc

between high athlete and excellent depending

when im on dat caffeine and what not i get average but thats not really resting so i guess this entire sentence is really quite pointless and if you're still reading this you just wasted a bunch of time in which you could've probably done a situp or two which would've been better for you than all of this

65@23 while I'm drinking black coffee.

22yo, 187cm 86kg, running every other day. When my mum saw picrel she told me that every value there is too low and basically shes not sure if im alive or not

Attached: 20180831_122427.jpg (4128x2322, 2.03M)

74, upper end of average

I should do cardio.

Reminder to use the tips of your fingers when checking your pulse, and especially when checking someone else's. Makes it much easier to feel.

Can you please add a column of '95+' that says something like 0-68 BPM normal range? ty

>72 at 19
I'm not gonna make it

64bpm @ 20yo

45 @ 20

Shit, more cardio I guess?
Last time I had it measured at a doctor they told me it was 55, idk what's up with that.

Keep pushing fren, average is becoming more impressive these days of lesser people.

not an issue

t. i drink too much coffee

theres more going on than coffee for them

It does vary across time of day, waking vs sitting etc

around 50. 24 years old

Yeah that means your heart is pumping twice as fast. You live half as long.

50-55 39 year old fag

Anyone else get heartbeat mires from nurses?

37 years old.

Don't worry.
Most manual checking of hr is not actual resting.
Mist times you will have just done something.

Even the fact of taking your heart beat can raise it.

Attached: Screenshot_20180901-223045_Connect.jpg (1080x1920, 251K)

its the same shit with diabetic people calling others blood sugar low when its them pushing very high ends of the scale

in my 20's
i hover between 44 and 50
i am more athletic and lean than 99% of this board.

This chart is bullshit. Since I've started running my hr is 47 but I'm nowhere near being an athlete

I often get light headed when i get up after a long period sitting

Attached: IMG_9520.png (704x1084, 74K)

I also drink 5 cuppas of black coffee a day

55 @18

Name of app/monitor? need this

60 bpm 25

Mi fit, i have a mi band 3.

Age 23
Smoker
6’
Drink 2-5 energy drinks a day
2-3 cups of coffee.

who here /boundingpulse/?I have good blood pressure and HR is usually around 60ish, but whenever I get pulse/pressure taken, the nurse always comments on how powerful the pulse is.

I think it's because I tend to have a low diastolic. Usually my BP is around 120/60. Not sure why that would be. I think a pharmacist one time told me that's common in athletes, but I forget.

Forgot pic

Attached: 1359A152-B21E-4778-8DA3-8D7FB75DE965.png (312x390, 28K)

i get anxious whenever i do this, like im blocking my bloodflow or something

Very impressive user, my goal rhr. You run?

96 at age 24.
Am I dying? I am in a decent shape otherwise.

is it cheating to use my heart rate when I'm sleeping?

>two years ago it was 44
>now its 58

That IS your resting heartrate. Even sitting down browsing online you aren't completely rested. Always measure right after you wake up.

60-65 here usually

49 @ 26yo

>tfw low 50s
>tfw 6'5"
>tfw 247 lbs, low body fat

>tfw regularly lift heavy and do cardio

Attached: 1526433931183.png (270x344, 50K)

~140

low 40's while sleeping.
any other time it's between 45-60

It used to be 80-90 when I was a fatty, but I started doing cardio every other day for the past 2 years and it significantly improved.

53@18

I'm 24 y/o and its about 80-90 resting, depending. Not often 90.

I was born with a heart condition that nobody has identified. Killed my blood father, though, so that sucks. Turned into a Jow Forumsizen to save my life, unlike that lazy fuck.

Attached: 1519053450890.png (767x791, 238K)

>Donate blood every couple weeks
>Blood cuff reads around 48 everytime
>Shocks nurses so they do it by hand and get around 50 which is acceptable
>6'6
>110kg
>Overweight at around 23%bf
>Confused

>ok user, I'm going to check your vitals
>...oh, user! You're very healthy.
T.larp

>80
I really let my self go.

68@32 above average, it's shit, feelsbadman.jpg

Low resting heart rate in early life is the greatest predictor for violence and antisocial behavior. If you have a low resting heart rate you might not necessarily be “fit”, you may be a psychopath.

>B8 this bad

24 and I'm pretty consistently around low 60's, sometimes right at 60. This at 230-240 pounds.

Mine is 69 sitting here, but when I wake up in the morning it's 55. What does this mean

32 y/o, pumping at about 60. I drink beer several times a week, lots of meat and eggs. Glucose, pulse, and blood pressure are all "excellent".

Attached: 11174856_10155550222120038_7352899376330530084_n.jpg (834x774, 40K)

245 lb fatty 31 year old. If you have higher RHR you are fucked.

Attached: Screenshot_20180901-232624_Samsung Health.jpg (1440x2960, 227K)

Should add, these are my rates just chilling or something, not literal "resting" as in sleeping like others are talking about. They are also taken by me at carotid artery or whatever, so possibly inaccurate too.

>lift weights 3x a week 1.5/2.5/3.5/4
>Sports x4 a week
>been doing this for a year +
>resting HR is 75-80 before going to bed when measured

Whats wrong with my heart? why is it so high? When I was just a cardiofag 3 years ago it was in the 50's, now its in 70-80+ resting with even more exercise??

I'm 23 and just measured 48. I even had around 600mg of caffeine today. I'm also easily winded by cardio. I really don't know why mine is so low all the time

easy

Attached: Screenshot_20180902-023602_Samsung Health.jpg (1080x2220, 194K)

80 @ 21.

A couple weeks ago it was 90. I talked to my doctor and I'm starting cardio to get it down.

My Grandpa and my Uncle died of heart attacks, so it's something I want to get taken care of.

Attached: 9 gorillian hours.jpg (720x720, 96K)

Last time it was checked by a machine at a doctor's office was about 2 weeks ago, was 60bpm. And that's slightly elevated from rest by 2 or 3 because of having just been walking (which does elevate your HR even if you're in good shape).

Oh and I'm 21

That's actually below average for your age. It should be low 60s all your life.

51 at 23. Surprised its so low. I am definitely not an athelete.

>68
>tfw just above average

better than half of all people

You can use equipment to measure it in your sleep.

>fat faggot that does no cardio
>62 at 21
Is the scale in the op wrong

Attached: 902.jpg (500x403, 32K)

I bike too and from work.
6-7 miles a day 6 times a week.
Gym 5 times a week.
