Vanilla because it goes with anything, and deadlift because of it somehow takes my shoulder pain away, also kinda unrelated but my brother has Banana flavour and he blends 2 bananas in it and I thought it was for the Pottasium, but he said he "REALLY likes bananas"

Also, deadlift, strawberry with milk. Strawberry will always taste like shit if you don't use milk.

Nobody NEEDS protein powder, but some people, myself included, enjoy the convenience. It only takes two minutes to mix, drink, then clean a glass of protein powder vs the 30 or so minutes to prepare, cook, eat, then clean the equivalent amount of meat. I will agree it's not hard to hit 150g from actual food though
