shit adds up, when I bother to cook myself there are times that I can get by with the fraction of that while still eating what I want to eat

I'm 33 and provide for my family of 3. I spend about $700-750/month on all of us.

My wife cooks all the meals I want, the way I want them. She even weighs the ingredients and hands me a list when she's done, making it easier for me to keep track of what I eat at MyFitnessPal.

>22; live alone

I live alone so that helps a lot. Nobody steals my food.

she's the one posting shit datamining threads, it's like her Fat Studies capstone project or something

$750 or so, I don’t really keep track of it.

Motherfucker you better not weigh 250 kg.

What do you usually eat?

30-50 dollars a week depending on special purchases.

I'm 215lbs so pretty fat
But I work from home and lift 4-5x a week, and mountain climb, and bike.

Around £200

Usually I get chicken leg quarters. It's not breast but it's more economical for me. Plus they are pre-seasoned and delicious. At 89 cents per pound, it's a good deal and saves on seasonings. Usually I get about 5-6 pounds of chicken. Then mix up different veggies: zucchini, yellow squash, broccoli, onions, bell peppers. I'll cook all of those into mixed veggies, except broccoli since I like it raw. Also I get sweet potatoes, usually 3-4 small ones, cut them into 1/2 inch cubes and season with cinnamon and bake. If i'm not feeling veggies then I'll make rice. I've finally gotten to making rice that's full of flavor on the stove instead of a rice cooker.

I work at a restaurant in the mornings and I'll have 3 full eggs scrambled and some meat(diced up sausage, bacon, or chopped beef brisket), and two slices of avocados. That's breakfast for 5 days a week covered.

What app is that?

about 200-250 usd.
