I prefer the Lild version over s-kauppa's. Cheaper and more flavor. Just add some mustard, ground onion and maybe some ham and that's the meal of the champions.

How much of a Sami one has to be, to feel the urge to put MUSTARD into a pea soup?

quark exists

Mustard was spread north by the Romans. Do you even SPQR nigga?

I make it from scratch and add 100g (dry weight) off TVP for better macros. Comes to a little over an euro (depending on how fancy you want to get with stuff like onions, garlic, marjoram, salt and carrots) for 2-3kg of the stuff.

Mustard with pea soup is a given. Cheese works pretty well too.

Check how much salt is in it. Quebecois style is salty AF. Otherwise, enjoy!

I can see the appeal of you're on a cut and need to feel full thanks to all the water consumed. Otherwise I dont see much point

isn't in my country, fuck israel lol

Perkele

Gains goblin chemicals in the cans lining.

Every Thursday:
>1 bowl of pea soup with pork and mustard
>small glass of punsch to go with it
>pancakes for dessert

It's the Swedish way

0,8 grams per 100gram. Not very

BPA in the coating of the can.

That sodium tho

You're supposed to throw the punsch in the soup

My fuckin man! Peasoup with bacon is the shit, here is how i prefer it (if you can even call it peasoup)

>1 raw onion choped that i put in the bowl (inb4 meme, but I love onions do don’t really care)
>1/2 red pepper, chopped and put in the pot to ”fry it a bit” in sesame-oil
> 1 can ”Soldatens Ärtsoppa” (this is the best one out there
>season it with garlic, basilica and cayenne pepper

One of my favorite dishes and takes literally 5 mins

>almost 1gram of salt
>not much

Salt is good for you. Just workout more fatty

I make mine with coconut cream and seaweed :)

Will try this one today. Thanks sven

And 10,000mg sodium per serve

Is 5,1 grams of protein a lot to you, OP?

Kek, this.

A table spoon of peanut butter has more protein

Compare it to the calorie content, buddy. Also its PLANT BASED PROTEIN, none of that dairy garbage
