Altitude training without the altitude, Ive been saying this for years I credit smoking for my current dominant cardio
Im not against smoking, but it seriously is addicting, here in aus its currently 40 dollars for a 25g pouch, and rising. Gov fucking hates smokers, but i feel like murdering small animals when i have to go without those delicious tar sticks

Also now 21, been smoking since 15, bout 12 durries a day. I cough up phlegm, during exercise too. However when i started kickboxxing, i noticed my recovery was at least 3 times better than he non smokers. I wont wheeze or need nearly as long a break before more cardio as others.
