Beans on toast with cheese and poached egg, crumpets with peanut butter. Banana and a kiwi with a protein shake is my usual. If I'm up extra early I'll have a bowl of oats with brown sugar and cinnamon too. Sometimes Ill have a bowl of yoghurt with berries. Also partial to a few digestive biscuits or ginger nuts with my tea.

If you didn't eat children's cereal, and actually ate healthy cereal, you would be fine. Corn Flakes, Cheerios, Shreddies are all examples of healthy breakfast cereals. They are a great source of a high GI carb source, and work really well if you work out in the morning. Eat your cereal before your workout.

one of the chefs I worked for several years back cured and smoked a pork belly for a special event that we were doing then sliced it up into bacon. It took 2 weeks to cure and like 2 or 3 days to smoke. It was amazing. Best bacon I've ever had. Also, don't make it seem like making your own bacon is a hard process. It's mostly a passive. You're looking at maybe an hour of hands on work over a 2 week period
