Just pick a waking and sleeping time and stick to it. Try get at least 7 hours and only vary by 1 hour on weekends. If you're feeling tired all the time, you need a consistent sleep schedule, plenty of water and regular exercise.

Well, being a reformed NEET sure trained me to handle it better, but the stress of competitive studies doesn't help a lot. Sometimes, to calm myself, I tend to hit things around in my apartment while making weird noises. After breaking a few things I usually feel relaxed.

I don't want to sound like an edgelord or anything, I think that thermonuclear war is philosophically interesting but no one will be around to ponder it. A third world war without nuclear bombs is what the world needs to some extent. War brings out the strongest, the people who fought through the first two world wars were the last great generation.
