well the loot and circle makes it a different genre than an fps shooter like cs and is part of the fun, and if anything the bullet spread makes the game higher skill cap in terms of aim because it requires better tracking and rhythm to reset the bloom and accurately shoot people which is harder than memorizing spray patterns imo
