But there are 2 main problems with this way of thinking:

1. Other races don't think this way. They don't see white people as family, we're just another tribe to compete with. They have no interest in seeing anything good happen to white people. They don't care about what happens to white people in the future, there will be no social programs to benefit white people. So it's basically a onesided fight. Warriors vs pacifists. Who is going to lose?

So then you'd think well who really cares? As long as no actual fights happen, who cares as long as humanity advances towards the greater good. Just remain passive!

2. No other race (besides east asians and jews, and that is debatable desu) are able to sustain such a free and liberal society with tons of innovations and freedoms. I mean we have the blueprint for such a great nation right in our constitution, just give people freedoms and limit government. So why can't other countries imitate it? Why do they always and always vote for more and more government and socialism? I like to use Occam's razor. What's the simplest answer? It's because they aren't white.

This is obvious with voting patterns by race. Every race in America votes a certain way(democrat, surprisingly) except for of course whites. For some reason whites are the most non-conformist race, I think it's something like 60-40(republican/democrat) while every other race is something akin to 20-80 or so.

There were even polls done, conservative Blacks and Mexicans whose ideals aligned more closely with Mitt Romney still voted for Obama. Because skin color ultimately matters more for everyone, apparently except whites.

It must be nice living in majority white Denmark pretending to be so holier-than-thou and righteous and tolerant but here on the ground level in America we get to see what cultural enrichment is really like.

I'm not sure this kind of mentality is really a common occurrence among every black man. Sure, an idiot, regardless of the race, might think that and care about the color of one's skin a lot, but my personal experience, at the very least tells me that people care less and less about race as they get smarter. Smart people simply have better to care about than race.
And despite what might seem like an evidence, I don't necessarily think that someone's race really influence their worth as much as the environment they grew up in: whether you're black, asian or white, if you grow up in a poor family that can't afford to pay you a good education, you're going to end up stupid anyway. One might argue that race somehow has an influence, and it might be true to a certain extent, but it is probably fairly minor in comparison the landslide that social background makes. So as long as I'm with other educated people, their race doesn't really matter.
Of course I would be mad about incompetent people being given a position on the account of their race, but that is not diversity, this is discrimination in a meritocracy.

Very interesting indeed, but it doesn't really mean there is not way for races to be equal, since, if given the same kind of education in the same social circumstances, they would average out in the long term. Although, looking at this, it certainly would be a fairly lengthy process, spanning over multiple generations.
But to go back to one point you made, which I think is misleading: in one of your previous post, I think you made a bit of a shortcut, by linking "diversity" with quotas, which I think is not really the way to look at it. Sure, some mislead people might want quotas, but the vast majority of people outside their little echo chambers prefer equality of chances over equality of outcome, since it's more in line with their view of merit and how things should be run. In fact, people would see quotas as unfair rather than fair, so a "diversity" program that is generally accepted by the majority wouldn't see this kind of result, unless of course the entire population went completely mental.

That's the complete exact opposite of what actually happens. IQ differences between races start to become more pronounced as they age, even if the black kid was adopted and raised in a rich white neighborhood/family/school. It's just not possible.
