Please tell me what is wrong with me 26 and energy levels are insanely low. Walk around for a little bit and feel like fainting Room never clean not because I don't care, but because physically getting up feels like a massive chore Should go to psychiatrist but can't motivate self to leave house Terrified of driving due to feeling so un-alert. Hearing cuts out every once in a while, ringing in ears
Go and see a psychiatrist Definitely start nofap, it will boost your t-levels and your self-confidence (but only in the long run) Always go to bet on time (12 at the latest), sleep deprivation decreases your t-levels and self-confidence

Honestly sounds like diet

A Miru Poster? I thought they were all gone! Glad a few of us are still here
Try eating more. The passing out sounds like not enough carbs or something. Look up your TDEE and download the myfitnesspal app on your phone to keep track of what you eat and then just eat more than your TDEE. Also be sure to drink lots of water. If that doesn't fix it then maybe your have low testosterone. Don't listen to the guy above, nofap lowers your T after a week. If you have low T a doctor can prescribe it to you.

I'm like you, but my vision is what cuts out. It's like I'm blinking, but I'm physically not. I tried zoloft. Didn't work. I tried testosterone. Only change is some muscle and no longer cry (wish I could cry again). I tried prozac. Helped for a short while. Tried alcohol. Works, but it's gonna ruin me. Tried socialising. Helps, but it feels like a dream and I don't feel like myself. And then the next day, everything is reset and I'm back to square 1.
Try increasing the ratio of fats to carbohydrates in your diet while maintaining calories. It is likely that blood sugar spikes are disrupting your orexin production, while hardening and breaking your arteries, putting you at greater risk of cardiovascular disease.

>Room never clean not because I don't care, but because physically getting up feels like a massive chore maybe start with cleaning your room then progressively move up to bigger things like eating healthier, working, shit like that walk before you run otherwise you'll just overdo it

It could be any number of things, but it's usually either a poor diet, chronic inactivity or a poor sleep schedule (or all 3).
Failing that, you could have diabetes or some other medical problem.
Jonathan Walker
Depression or chronic fatigue syndrome

Sounds more like a diet or otherwise physical problem, do you have nutritional deficiencies? You might want to see a doctor of some sort over seeing a psych, maybe a nutritionist.
Could also be a thyroid issue, but it doesn't sound like it. I have thyroid issues and it made me comparatively tired until I started getting supplements for them, but a lot of things can cause that I suppose.

Every year after 25 you slow down a bit. I recently turned 30 and I'm lucky if I can even rub one out a day anymore/

probably not enough iron. Try eating some beans, lentils or spinach.

I had something similar, couldn't walk without being tired and out of breath. Every smell was too intense, felt like there isn't air. Constant ringing in ears in other times and the head felt under pressure like when you are sick. Terrified of sounds, people, every kind of unexpected situation jump scared me. Rapid heartbeat at times, went to ER. I was diagnosed anxiety disorder and had to keep away from computer, do physical exercise, walk more and sleep at night. I also changed my eating. I feel a lot better now.

Vitamin d levels Go to a shitty doctor and get your levels checked. I know a few people that had the same tired, always on alert, always shleep. Turns out their vitamin D levels were less than a quarter of what they should be. OTC vitamin d doesnt work as well as prescription, but they may ask you to take it to supplement the prescription.

Could be any number of things. Depression, thyroid malfunction, anemia (iron deficiency), or something else entirely. Get checked out by both a physician and psychologist.
