Try to turn off and hide anything that might distract you and take notes of the most important parts of a subject. After you are done taking notes, reread and learn from them, i guess...

The problem is that about 15 minutes ago I decided to make a "short" break, and now I can't get back to it.
Generally if it's something I like I can work on it for hours straight without ever noticing, but boring assignments on subjects I couldn't care less about is nearly impossible to complete.
Procrastination is one hell of a drug.
Maybe I should. The sad thing is, however, that I'm doing nearly everything on my computer, and distractions tend to be hard to avoid. But I'll give it a try. If I stay focused, it'll be done in no time. At least, that's what I hope...
