Life sucks if you're as fat as that woman or even half her size. We get covered in loose skin that no one finds attractive and you need to spend $40k to get the excess skin cut off. I have nothing to look forward to besides being nasty looking and living longer, which isn't really a bonus.

It's some fucked up combination of ignorance, addiction, abuse and mental illness. His gf is deliberately overfeeding him. Dr. Now tried to get a restraining order on her because James does lose weight when she isn't around but Adult Protective Services couldn't help since he was willingly eating the food she brought him.

My BMI is 45. Now don't get me wrong, I am a fat fuck. But I don't look anything close to what I weigh. I can still walk about normally and even run sort distances with a little effort and I ride a bike to work every day. It's like I'm a goddamn neutron star. Someone explain how this works. I should be as fat the guy in the picture here is but I'm not.

Because bread is the devil. Flour, sugar and carbs have a lot of calories.
You are honestly better off using lettuce as a wrap instead. You could have way more turkey and cheese if you did that and more protein and fat is way more satisfying for the body.

I think it's a combination of bed sores and skin infections which have gone out of control. It might also be a bunch of boils, but I'm hardly a doctor. It's obviously the result of being unable to clean himself and having constant pressure on his skin.

Not true. I lost 50 over 5 years and my gut hangs over my belt. Not cool man. Also my arms are flabby and i still have that fat above my dick. My parents should have forced a healthier diet when I was a kid.

I used to be 60 kg but went to 70 kg during the summer and it's not slowing down. I fucking hate this feeling and want to lose weight again asap but my family are a bunch of fucking enablers.
They still have this disgusting mindset that fat means that you're eating well and are strong.
