In practice it's actually quite hard to kill yourself. I guarantee you that if you had a loaded gun right now, you wouldn't pull the trigger. You'd find so many excuses, reasons to put it off, "lack of motivation" to actually put the gun to your temple and pull the trigger, that you'd never do it, even if you're extremely stressed out.

In the end you kill yourself when you reach the point where you can actually do that. And that's normally further lower than you would think.

If you want to kill yourself, then do so.
Otherwise don't.
