nah. There aren't actually any nude models in the base game. Well technically there are but they always have panties on over the model. As far as console commands go the game doesn't give you that much freedom unfortunately with stuff like that. You can teleport and spawn items and animals and stuff there's no actual character customization and clothe changing of anyone besides Geralt without mods

There's sex scenes and stuff in the game at some points so you're already going to run into that problem, might as well make it even better with mods. Here's what I'd do for a normal experience with nude mods.
- Wild Nudity Mod - Lingerie removed only
- Ciri no bra mod (natural breast size)

that's basically it, shouldn't intrude on gameplay much and will still have it moments.
