i tried keto once but i got sick. turns out some people need some carbs in their diets to be at their best. i'm in pretty good shape though, keto is probably worth trying if you're fat or unhealthy
He's right guys but you really have to be careful and NOT eat any carbs at all and get all your vitamins.

The 1st few days are rough cause your body has to adapt to no carbs, but after that it's smooth sailing
You can still eat carbs, there's just a limit

i tried it for about two months. i lost my tolerance for most of the foods i was eating, had low energy, and became depressed. added some rice, gluten free bread, and more fruits to my diet and all of my problems were fixed almost overnight
I don't eat carbs at all, ketosis = no carbs
a few grams of carbs isn't suddenly going to knock your body out of ketosis, like I said there's a low threshold
