They did investigate but company they do an initial examination and then wait for final report from the accident inspector. The accident inspector rules the accident due to water drip on pipe and insulation loss so I police made no further inquiry.

So in the end, this accident is partly your fault due to negligence of work duties. Add the spilling of spaghetti and I can see why they would fire you.
