I think 1800cal will keep you fat if you don't move. For a guy you should cut down to 1k/day max and ffs don't combine empty carbs with fats.
Just do Keto diet and you will melt while eating bacon.
Yeah keto/paleo is a good combination, it keeps the food you eat clean and nourishing and it's almost impossible to fuck up unless you're just eating whole packages of bacon every day.
>Thinking 1800 calories a day makes you lose weight
Just cut back to around 1500 or less and start swimming
it will for me. my body burns roughly 2500 calories a day just keeping me alive. as long as i fall under that I'll lose the weight. I've done it before from 350 down to 290
nah fuck carbs in the ass. too bad because i love bread and cereal
I'm working on the same. My roommate ate a sandwich and I could just SMELL the sugar in the bread, just turned me into a drooling animal, fighting the urge to run over and take a huge bite out of it.
I hear the cravings go away after a week if you can really stick to a diet, though, so I'm on day 2.
You should buy some cardarine gw-501516 annon. Will make you have ultra sleek endurance for exercising desu.
I've been on multiple diets in the past. Longest was 3 months. it really only takes a week or two to stop thinking and craving food. the problem for me personally is falling off the wagon. One bad meal here, one extra bite of something here and BOOM back to square 1
Your body does not burn 2500 cal/day or extra calories at all just because you are fat. If that were the case it would be almost impossible to become obese in the first place. 2000 calories a day is burnt by people who are active day to day, as in "active" not just wagecucking and walking to the bus stop.
yes it does. see pic. some calculaors say it's closer to 2200 so I just go with 2500 to even it out.
I got this way because im consistantly eating 3000+ calories a day. that's an excess of 500 calories a day.
>Doesn't even take into account muscle
Boy that sure must be accurate user
Just drop down from your current goal of callories it's not that hard and helps you burn more
Is this only for fat fucks or self improvement in general?
I just wrote down my true life-goals and split them up into sub-goals.
Feels pretty good being able to actually see what I need to do now to progress in my goal-hierarchy to achieve my final goal.
You guys need to act NOW, you are in your best years and sitting around all day is no life. Drop all time consumers like computers and phones. Actually I shouldn't even be here.
Just stop eating carbs
>Actually I shouldn't even be here.
yea man wtf are you doing like who are you
Just starve. You will get fast results
i've done 1500 calories a day in the past. it leaves me hungry. i'd rather be comfortable at 1800 calories a day even it means reaching my first goal weight of 299 at 5 months instead of 4.
Ill join. Trying to lose 30 lbs by starving myself . I dont know how to calorie count really
you guys need to act NOW, you are in your best years and sitting around all day is no life.
i agree. 25 here. don't want to enter my 30's a worthless nothing
Unironically, as in no irony whatsover, based and redpilled
240lbs at 5'10 here. Was 260 when I started. Managed to get down to 230lb but I packed weight on when I went on a trip to America.
Currently back down to eating roughly 1200-1500 calories at max per day and going to the gym 3 times a week. Eating pretty much the same thing every day:
>breakfast is two slices of toast (wholemeal) (about 200 calories) though most days I don't eat breakfast
>lunch is can of tuna, gherkin, mustard on a sandwich and an apple (500 calories)
>apple and a black coffee for a snack (80 calories)
>chicken and rice for dinner (600 calories)
>yogurt a few hours later for desert (170 calories) if I'm still hungry
drink based seltzer with every meal. helps fill you up
Your mindset sucks ass and you're not going to make it
Why are you snacking if you're trying to lose weight
Why is dessert even a possibility if you're trying to lose weight
Why are you eating empty carbs if you're trying to lose weight
Being 200+ pounds in your 20s is fucking disgusting. Fast you fat shit
>stopped eating sugar
>starting going to the gym and doing intense cardio
>weight still going up
WHAT IS HAPPENING
you're still consuming more calories than you're burning. cutting sugar helps because you're cutting calories. if you eat low sugar foods that are high in calories you're still going to gain weight
this. drink a glass of water before you eat so you don't overeat.
make yourself a salad. if you don't want the salad you're just bored, not hungry.
don't drink any calories except a bit of cream or milk in your coffee/tea.
>Stopped eating snacks.
>Only drink water.
>Don't eat sugar.
>Eat only one plate of dinner.
>Easily, without any hunger, lose 2 pounds per week.
Shit man, what's all this fasting bullshit?
losing weight indiscriminately isn't ideal. you lose muscle, and your metabolism goes down, meaning your weight will bounce back up and probably be even worse when you go back to normal eating.
>Going back to normal eating.
Why would I go back to my old diet if I'm not even hungry during my new diet? I've been keeping it up for months now with no issues. I feel better than I ever did when I ate snacks and sugar. No way I'm going back to that.
my meal plan
>3 eggs in the morning
>1 chicken patty, 1 egg for lunch
>700 calories of whatever my family is making for dinner
>200 or so calories worth of snacks for the day
am i going to make it guys?
Scrap the snacks. You don't need them.
but im hungry user
Drink water if you're hungry. Your body will adjust after a week or 2.
losing weight takes willpower, if you had willpower you wouldn't be fat and on /r9k, none of you will ever lose weight and keep it off.
Been cooking more lately. If you can call it cooking. It's better than nothing. Tonight I bought some sausages and eggs and made my own McDonald's bagel things. Toasted bagels, American cheese, sausage, and egg. I made the eggs circular with cookie cutters. A little ketchup on the sausage and some black pepper on the eggs. Was so yummy! Not as good as the real thing but hopefully I'll surpass that someday.
are you trying to lose weight? if so, that's a crazy amount of calories
No, I'm not. Just enjoying cooking.
