If this is real, please make the choice that seems right for both you and your life. If not having an abortion would make the potential child be born into a shitty life, then, well, I have a hard time arguing against them.
Speaking as a British guy whose ex girlfriend had an abortion about 10 years ago when we were both 16. I would be extremely unhappy being linked to that girl in that way, and having a child at such a young age would have essentially ruined my life.
I've taught and lived abroad for years after uni doing what I want and so on.
If we didn't have that abortion together then I sincerely think there would have been a lot more unhappiness in our lives.

You can still get a Karyotype test for the fetus. It will tell you if the kid will be okay or not.
