if you want the dexterity and grace of ballet and you are a male who wants to be able to shape reality to his liking like how a male should want, then consider joining an effective martial arts school, ideally one without a belt system

If you didn't start as a literal child you probably won't become exceptional at it, but find a local studio and start taking lessons if you want. Dance in general is a pretty dope art form, but be warned that it is a culture created and perpetuated by batshit people and you shouldn't EVER try to get with anyone who does it seriously.

These will almost always bleed over into real life in some way as vanity, pettiness, competitiveness, and over the top emotional acts. Not to say that all dancers are terrible people, just they tend to display these sorts of terrible qualities way more often than others.

I can offer some advice as someone who began to dance later in life. There are ways you can build up the same muscles that dancers utilize the most, (glutes, calves, quads, core, upper back, traps, basically your whole body), but unless you start actually learning how to dance you will never form them in the exact same way, and there are some muscles that just can not be built in a gym (feet, for example). Even if you come in to a class with these muscles already proficiently strong, chances are you'll have no idea how to use them to be an effective dancer. My suggestion is to just throw two or three classes a week into your workout schedule. They're usually only an hour or so long, depending on where you're located usually $12-$22 a class.Just buy some ballet slippers and do the damn thing.

To be a good dancer you need a really really strong core + flex ability. Also you have to be able to walk on your toes for hours without breaks.
