On day 5. Retardedly committed.

25, male. Starting weight: 340.
Current weigh ton day 5: 325

Salt water, some lifting and and cardio.

How good are my chances?
I'm not giving up unless I literally start fainting, desu.

Anyone have experience with retardedly long fasts?

Read on the snake diet thing. You need more than just salt. But good luck. Get some money for loose skin surgeries when youre done.

Get some cream to prevent stretchmarks (look it up on google and ebay) otherwise you're gonna look like somebody who bathed in acid with all the scars, the marks won't heal over time. I was just 115kg when I started and in 2 months I got down to 85 just by drinking coffee (the real one not starbucks' brown water) with a lot of sugar for breakfast and for dinner, eating just chicken sandwiches for lunch, caffeine has the advantage of hunger suppression but it also comes with some side effects (very high risk of developing heart diseases), but I was lucky and just fainted once, then I stopped drinking coffee altogether to avoid risks but at least I can walk without getting tired after 5 minutes now, unlike before.

Monitor your water intake and I hope you don't have much going on because toward the end you're going to be very very tired and not thinking straight

Your muscles will lose mass if you eat absolutely nothing, chicken is the best meat to prevent this and 2 slices of bread a day aren't gonna make you fatter than you already are unless your metabolism is fucked up beyond understanding.

Don't go all out at once. Either do alternate-day fasting or just try to do 3 days of fasting per week, 60 consecutive days is excessive, even for a fatass like you. Moderation is important, you didn't get this fucking fat in 60 days only. You'll lose the fat doing ADF anyway, so it doesn't matter.

That's early enough to stop, just start doing ADF, it's way easier with the refeeds in between. Wanting to fix the problem this fast is stupid and probably dangerous as well.

Multivitamins won't do much good without food, and can make you nauseous. Also, long-term fasting can fuck you up.

You should try dry fasting for 24-48 hours every 7 days to alternate.
1 day dry fasting = 3 days water fasting.

After losing the weight, was also 300lb and am now 150lb, I found that dry fasting for 2 days then moving to a water fast for the next 4 days and then feeding on 1500 calories on day 7 was the best method for me.

don't listen to anyone on here if you have enough fat to sustain yourself you're gonna be alright except you will have a moment or two when you will feel like fainting but it's normal you won't die from it, it's just your body readjusting
you don't need multivitamins and all that shit, vitamins are stored in your fat cells
honestly I wouldn't be so extreme i would eat at least once a day in the afternoon or in the evening, at least some vegetables and fruit instead of all that multivitamin shit

I went on a pretty normal diet last year and literally lost 6 pounds in one week. The next week I lost 3 pounds and I lost 2 the week after that. Easiest shit I've ever done.
